Sa inner roads usual cause ng traffic ung mga jeeps so eto suggestions ko.

Gawing mandatory ung pahinante - ung jeep na mabagal or nakahinto minsan nagsusukli lang yan. sila na driver sila pa cashier. pg may pahinante lahat ng jeepney driver focus sa driving lang. Observation ko sa jeep na may pahinante mabibilis mg drive. Ex: Patok Jeep LOL!

iBan ung mga Barker - eto reason bat matagal huminto tong mga jeep sa kada kanto eh. may barker kasing nagtatawag tas magpupuno pa. no barker = less staycation every kanto

Mall Wide Sale should be a Week long hindi 3-days or 2 days sale lang. Buset yang Megamall

Alisin yung Provincial rate na salary. sarap mg drive sa metro pag long weekends, naguuwian karamihan kasi sa province

In lieu of bus stations where space is not available, the indentation assures that stopped PUVs won't get in the way of through traffic. Modify dimensions to fit buses, jeeps and UV express. In the cities, PUVs should only stop at these designated stops. First in first out. PUVs should only stop for a couple minutes at most.

Problema dito sa Pinas, yang ganyan magiging terminal.

May mga ganyan na. Usually sa mga SM malls naglalagay ng ganyan. Wala rin. Kung saan saan pa rin nagbababa at sumasakay mga tao.

Update to what I posted earlier...

Remove the tax of diesel PUVs... vehicle MUST have yellow plate (if you own a Fortuner, register it as a taxi or a PUV to get that yellow plate, if you want tax free diesel)

Then... Triple the tax of Gasoline in Metro Manila only...

Gasoline prices outside the Metro - same padin as it will affect the water pumps of farmers.

I hate to remove private cars on the road, pero we can't remove PUVs... In reality, kulang ang PUVs natin during peak hours.

So the easiest way to reduce cars is to reduce the private vehicles...

If taga Metro Manila ka. Either you go Electric or LPG...

-mandatory license exam retaking na updated na yung laman ng exams plus they should probably hire an international company like TUV to help with the revision.

-integrate road courtesy even in gradeschool pa lang

-apply fines that are a certain percentage of the violator's annual income para patas sa lahat.

-more intensive training sa enforcers

-points system sa license

-mandatory MSF-like courses na pwede kunin sa colleges/universities/training centers for all motorcycle riders.
