    oo nga money laundering.

ang tanong, san galing ang pera? ang money laundering ay sa mga perang sa illegal na paraan nakuha di ba?

ibig sabihin illegal ang source ng pera? pera kaya nino yun?

well, first we would assume the amount of money involved is in the billions

and the only place you can steal that kind of money is from the govt

SMC must be helping someone high up in govt launder that money

    just speculating

if you're referring to Villar, he already has legit businesses he can use as fronts

    i think it's someone else

who is so powerful and influential that he/she can convince SMC to launder money for him/her?

But why through SMC? That's Cojuangco territory, and his political affiliations aren't necessarily with Lakas... as i recall he was kinda pissed about Gibo's defection... or was that just for show?

    EDIT: Hmmm... it's actually possible...

San Miguel I think is busy with its involvement in the MRT 7 project. But mentioned its interest to provide bullet train service using PNR tracks.

The PNR at this moment is rehabilitating its tracks. and the new tracks are going to be a two track system using standard gauge. Which means it can accommodate high speed trains and perhaps revive the freight trains.
