Excerpts from the report:
According to Senior Superintendent Arnold Gunnacao, TMG-NCR head, only uniform police and military vehicles, ambulance, fire vehicles, the Presidential car, and the cars of the Senate President and House Speaker are authorized to use sirens under Philippine laws.
Does this means, as long as the policeman is in uniform, it is legal for him to have sirens even in his personnal vehicle?

but how come from the 280 only 2 are apprehended??or it is because the remaining 270 are private cars owned by scalawag police?
what about the thread on the wang wang reactivation here in tsikot.maybe that will help too and let's see if all reported cars will be apprehended.
