    kelangan pa ba ng congress law dyan. meron ba special laws ang NCR

    cebu is a city, cebu is a metropolis, cebu has a governor

    metro manila is a city, metro manila is a metropolis bakit walang governor

    tagaytay is a city, makati city is a city. but tagaytay still has governor, the governor of cavite.

    makati feeling governor mayor. hindi pala feeling ARMM governor pa. autonomous eh. maglagay ka muna ng private army mo, tapos tawagin mo BLF (binay liberation front) o kaya LFABF (Liberation Front Against Bayani F) bago ka mag-feeling na mas mataas ka kaysa sa presidente

    cebu and tagaytay are cities of a provinces....but mas marami pa rin towns sa Cebu and Cavite..isa lang silang lugar na city ng isang probinsiya..

    hndi lang buses ang iniimpound, pati rin mga AUVs at vans. punong puno na nga ung sa may GMA hahaha...
