Guys, here's one moment that you're proud to be Pinoy. This news was the headline of "The Strait Times" over the weekend. Too bad they failed to get the name of the Filipino tourist.

SBS driver sacked for not helping injured passenger
A BUS captain was sacked yesterday for failing to go to an injured passenger's aid.
Although the passenger has since forgiven him and is feeling badly that he lost his job, the decision to fire him will stand, said SBS Transit.
Mrs Angela Perumal-Schooling suffered a deep cut on her forehead after alighting from bus 65 along Paterson Road at about 7.15 am on Tuesday.
The 54-year-old had hit her head against the seats at the bus stop.
Her wound was so deep that her skull was exposed.
As blood flowed down her face onto her blouse, she asked the driver for help but he drove off.
A Filipino tourist who had alighted from the same bus helped her to call for an ambulance.
A while later, the driver of another bus stopped and passed her a bandage from his first-aid kit.
When she decided to get to a hospital on her own, the Filipino flagged down a taxi for her.
At the Singapore General Hospital, her wound required 11 stitches to close.
After the incident was featured on Stomp, The Straits Times' interactive portal, SBS Transit apologised for the actions of the 46-year-old driver.
In an e-mail on Friday morning, its director of corporate communications Tammy Tan said the bus captain had been sacked 'for failing to act responsibly'.
