Sorry test, I do not agree. Mahirap din kitain ang Tcash. Yung 750 Tcash na napanalunan mo equivalent to 150 posts yan (1 regular post = 5 Tcash). Pudpup daliri mo with 150 posts and with additional headaches pa if problematic yung thread na napasukan mo, hehehe.

On NSL, His last post was in April 29, 2009. I reviewed his profile. A tsikoteer and became member May 2005, mukhang ok naman sya although he does not post regularly. He may not have enough Tcash credit to pay for what he owes. I may be wrong though. As per my count, he only had about 18 regular posts and 1 thread started from the time Tcash was born.

Can we ask the administrators to verify NSL's Tcash credit? If he is low on Tcash probably he can apply for a Tcash loan so he can pay his debt. Moderators have no access to Tcash info, afaik. The Bank Secrecy Law is practiced strictly here in tsikot.com, hehehe

May I suggest that a penalty be given to those who does not pay promptly. By promptly, we can probably agree this to be, say, 2 weeks? And the penalty will be the loser shall shoulder the transaction fee, instead of the winner? Suggestion lang naman.

Also, baka kailangan na ng credit investigator dito sa betting station na ito. Baka merong... alam nyo na.
