V6 Grand Vitara and bare unit APV

That is an old test drive thread for archival purposes, hence its being locked.

Rear a/c price depends on dealers. Some give it for free as 'promo'. At least that's what the Suzuki rep at the PICC car show told me if I was really interested in the manual variant.

Pilhino's salesman said that the single aircon is not enough to cool the van if there are 6 to 8 people on board.

Does anyone know any shop that sells Grand Vitara accessories? Kahit window visor man lang. Ang hirap maghanap

Papansinin kaya ako ng Suzuki Japan if I email them and ask them to send over GV accessories? Or should I direct my inquiry to Suzuki Phil.?

Ang Vitara Club ay may forum sa www.4x4ph.com . Try mo PM si Zukiman, he works for Suzuki. Minsan meron siyang accessories. Kahit yung sa unang Vitara meron pa siyang stuff up to now.

Wala bang window visors sa EGR? Malapit lang sa UST office nila. Liftruk Marketing.

I called up Liftruk for EGR visors pero wala sila. Medyo naasar ako sa sumasagot, yung anak ata ng may-ari... pa-Ingles Ingles pa, di naman straight mag-Ingles... kesyo they only carry visors for sellable vehicle pero meron daw sila visors for the 1995 Vitara.

Ok naman yung 1.6L nung APV. Went to Baguio fully-laden (8 people and luggage) and kayang-kaya naman. Had some fun dicing with an Everest and a Fieldmaster paakyat sa Marcos Highway. Also, saw some (old) diesel-powered vans along the shoulder, with owners furiously pouring water on their radiators. . .

I think A/T na yung V6. Ayun, buo pa rin yung GV ko

I'm very happy with the performance pero nakakainis lang nga e dapat 95 octane rating na gas ang dapat na ilagay ko. Don't know what will happen if I use 93. Tsaka ok yung service promo ng Suzuki P. Tamo, 2 years free maintenance checkup (labor & materials).
