    Update:

If you own a gen 3 Swift (latest) call Suzuki Office 902-1001 and ask if your unit is affected by the recall. They will ask for your chassis number and engine number. I called a while ago and fortunately mine isn't included on their list. The representative informed me that those units that were manufactured from July 2011 to January 2012 are the most likely to be affected. They also said that the recall was more of a preventive maintenance and nothing major to really worry about. All they will do if ever your unit is recalled is loosen the clamp that holds the fuel filling hose, since it was a bit tight that "may" cause corrosion and lead to petrol leak, and replace the hose if needed. Takes about 30 to 40 minutes to do.

Suzuki Swift recall.
