    that is true.
cleaning and re-gapping of sparking plugs seems to be a lost art nowadays.
maybe because new ones are cheap?
or because today's young 'uns do not know any better?
    heh heh.

back in the day, we would clean and re-gap them, until they would be too worn to use.

we would use metal toothbrush + flat file or liha + gapping tool.
and the requisite concrete wall, where we pukpok the spark plug electrodes to adjust the gap.
we had a spark plug cleaner device, but it didn't work as well as our metal brush.
    heh heh.

Yes sir. The mechanic even told me that we can just clean them if I opt to. I just let him changed the plugs since the last time we replaced them was at my 10,000 kms PMS suzuki PMS and repair cost. Btw, the plugs are made by NGK. Long tip types.

Does anyone know any good quality alternatives to Suzuki ATF 3317, inquired how much at the casa (Suzuki Commonwealth) and it's at almost 700 per liter! Planning to do an ATF dialysis on my 2014 Suzuki Grand Vitara at some point, it just hit 125k km.
