August 24th, 2019 01:24 AM #3121baka na burnout ka lang sa mazda, trav. dami nyo kasi tinatandaan terminologies dun eh, skyactiv, kodo, istop, i-sight tama ba
pero kung ako sayo, mag Mazda CX3 ka na lang, I kinda like the CX3 for a small raised roadster CUV . wag na to trav.
baka phase lang yan hihi.
besides, yan pala square design or boxy cars, grabe mag-absorb ng init sa loob. like those shipping containers na ginagawa container houses like yun sa MMDA or sa mga police station. fitting it with an aircon may help pero pag medyo aero dynamic kasi ang sasakyan, it helps fend off ultra violet rays that heat up the car
lalo na kung black na Jimny siguro kukunin, super init siguro yan noon time

Hahaha...nah. It's pretty much a mini-me of our ancient sticked truck, OB sir. Traffic has long crowned it garage queen. Still, on a recent run, those w/ the current comfy still admire & wish for the old's simplicity.[emoji4]
The jimny is perfectly sized, basic, rigid axled, easy to maintain & on the eyes, too....An auto would make it even traffic-friendlier.[emoji106]
You have to realize & respect that boats, yours & mine, float differently, OB sir.[emoji4][emoji120]

FC update for the old jimny.
14.8km/l for probinsya driving.
Not bad. 3 passengers and a couple of buko and baggage at the back.

January 14th, 2020 01:49 PM #3128Hello fellow Jimny owners,
Hoping you can suggest a practical solution...
my 2011 Jimny is leaking steering fluid. Medyo malakas ang tagas; have to top off after every use.
The casa's solution (Suzuki East Ave) is to replace the steering gear box assembly at a cost of P70,210. Plus P4+K labor charge. Plus a 45-day wait for the part to be ordered from Japan, and a large downpayment.
Do I have any reasonably-priced options? Repair kit? Specialty repair shop?
Thanks in advance for your help/info.
Sincerely,
Jaime Gonzalez

November 21st, 2020 10:47 AM #3130Hi fellow Jimny owners, maybe you can help confirm. CASA is claiming that Jimnys (mine is 2017 model not the new one) have no aircon filter. May abang lang daw. So they recommend magkakabit daw sila aircon filter . Just wanted to know if its true that Jimny indeed had no aircon filter before. Thanks
