It is normal. Its the death zone between 75kph to 85kph If my memory is right.

The aircon of my 2008 jimny is acting up again. I just had the compressor replaced (brand new) a year ago yet it is showing signs of loss compression. Will try to do a system cleaning (P4.5K) and if still the result is unsatisfactory, will have to dispose it na. Time to go for the Ecosport?

i remember you posted sa BGC mo pinagawa AC before? pano nasabi na nag lose compression na yung compressor?

Hey bro. Long story. Pinagawa ko sa BGC overhaul lang. Worked for about a year and had it replaced with a new compressor (daw) at Kristal Aire (Makati) and worked for another year. Now had to bring it to Rapide which is just few meters from home. Cant afford to spend time to look for a better shop due to work schedule.

Update: found a leak on the high side hose causing the loss compression. Paid P7K for everything - cleaning, freon and hose. Still if no improvement to the coolness in the cabin, goodbye jimny!

I spent 4k early this year for the ac of the jimny. Pinalitan mga rubber hoses. Includes cleaning, freon, and hoses na. Mahal sa rapide. Banawe area lang yung ac shop. Suki ni Shadow
