Sorry for the ignorance, di ako masyado maalam sa kotse. But is it just as simple as buying then installing HIDs? An SA told me (just this april) na di basta pwede palitan ilaw because meron specific Wattage or something like that..

Pero kung susundan mo yung upgade ni CB na halogen lamp Osram Night Breaker Laser or the New Philips (forget the model) equivalent which have longer life daw, na rated 60/55W which is the same rating sa stock, this will not cause harm to your existing electrical set up.

This is plug and play upgrade which will not affect your warranty.

Ok so rule of thumb is its ok as long as wattage rating is the same, i am ok. Nahihinaan kasi ako sa low beam.. high beam is ok lang

Yup.
Pinalitan ko din yung stock lamp ng Ertiga ko na naka light tint, ng Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited 60/55W halogen lamp, and it was better.

^pwede LED or performance halogens. Depending on your budget nalang. Rule of thumb is, stock wattage or below dapat. If above stock wattage na, you should add a wiring harness already

If you are talking about headlight bulbs, then they are meant to be plug & play. Basta same ang base type, and same or lower wattage, you can install it by yourself. Nasa owner's manual ang steps.

Osram Night Breaker Laser H4 is P1,999 for 2pc set.

Philips X-treme Vision Plus 130% H4 is P2,199 for 2pc set (and you get 200 hours longer life span).
