Sir saan po kayo nagpa urethane injection? Usually may 1 year warranty yan.

Baka po masyado matigas tire pressure niyo kaya nabubugbog yung tie rod. Kasi kahit gaano kayo kaingat mag drive kung sobrang tigas ng gulong madudurog talaga yung suspension.

Anyway, if you want heavy duty tie rods, try this: remove your rack end and tie rod and bring to your nearest auto supply. Ask for a nissan terrano or frontier or pathfinder or patrol tie rods (P400 i think). Get 555 brand with hologram sticker para sure na authentic at di fake. I have never tried this and am just offering a suggestion so please check well before you buy.

On a side note, i think all cars have this problem. I used to have a corolla small body 15 years ago and the suspension needed occasional repairs like every 1-2 years so i dont think you have a unique suzuki problem. I think that issue is common with many japanese cars of today - lalo na daw lancer pizza pie. I have a friend who has a Pajero and he replaces his suspension components every 2 years or so kasi may parating nasisisira - di naman siya nag offroad. My personal experience with all my nissan 4x4s is that the suspension is really so tough. You will notice that the balls of all the rod joints are really bigger than the others.

    Hi OCEANRIDER88-
Thanks a lot and sorry for late reply!

What do you think? Can you refer me to any website that could give me info on gas pressure adjustment and ride quality (handling & comfort) or do i just go by feel ("seat of the pants"). Thanks again!

    Hi!
We have a 1998 Esteem GLX Wagon A/T with about 90,000 km on it. My wife owned it from new. The problem is that the tierod ends never seem to last since the car was bought. Parang every 2 yrs or so sumasama na ang tierod ends! And hindi naman kami abusado mag drive

We have bought OEM tierod ends from Pilhino, Links, Olympia at hindi tumatagal, so we tried replacement ones from links and olympia at hindi din tumatagal. So finally we tried a urethane injection process, pero medyo malabo din. May nag suggest sa akin to try "555" Tierod ends, ano palagay niyo?

So my main questions are, 1-Does anyone else have a similiar experience? 2- Where can i buy HEAVY DUTY Tierod ends? THANK YOU!
    patrick
Supposedly more than 3 years pag OEM na tie rod ginamit mo. Tingnan ko sya sepcially since naka 17" mags ako on 1.5" drop na lowering springs. Sana tumagal sila kahit 2 years lang :-) So far, BUO na tunog nya sa mga lubak and humps and very much satisfied naman ako.

Keep us posted pag nakapagpalit ka ng heavy duty tierods.

    TIA!

    Hi tomzuki/tom esteem,

During warm up lang ba? It could be as simple as replacing the shift lever seat (rubber), shift lever cap and some bushings.

Pag hindi sa may shift stick check mo if yung nararamdaman mo is only during deceleration? Matigas din ba pag ikina-kambyo mo? Pag during deceleration lang at stiff ang shifting, try having the shift cable checked.

Pag ok pa shift cable at shift stick mo, pa-check mo transmission case housing mo. Idagdag mo narin yung shift fork (2nd gear), baka kasi baluktot na - mura lang yan. Yung clearance kasi between the interlock and transmission case wall is malaki and yung 2nd or 5th gear tooth contact length naman is maiksi, kaya susceptible na matanggal sya sa gear if may problema transmission case housing mo or yung shift fork.

    HTH!

H&R lowering springs ko to go with my KYB Excel G's. Bale sa Roadstar ko sya nakuha for P15k installed. Yung KYB shocks naman was from Piyeza, P12k naman sya instaleld.
