bigger width of tires means = more grip = more resistance = heavier to roll = more engine power to exert = more fuel consumption

Alloy rims is more on facial look and better stability, but not on better FC. Even your speedometer reading will not be accurate pag nagpalit ka from factory steel rim into alloy rim.

^ using light weight alloy wheels with the same size of orig oem steel rims will help lower ur fc. less weight less power for the engine.

Oem size na alloy wheels are only 2-4lbs lighter. Hehehe. Thats negligible weight loss.

Steel Rim size is 15×5 or 15x5.5 and weighs less than 17-20lbs.

Alloys at the same size are 15lbs.

Thanks weisshorn!

Wider tires will have a better grip on the road & will result in better handling on curves. Downside will be more drag, more gas consumption

Actual weight of an alloy as compared to steel will tell whether youll consume more gas or not. Heavier means more gas

In that case the numbers presented are reasonable for a modestly displaced engine of 1.4cc

I just hope the new release will have a better dashboard
