June 23rd, 2015 06:07 PM #4454depende sa scratch pafs, kung hindi sagad sa primer or sa bakal, I suggest you use a scratch remover/buffing compound (marami sa Ace, Handyman or Blade), ingat ingat lang, baka maubos ang clear coat..
Kung kita na metal, parepaint na sa casa/shop.
newbie driver, been there done that..
yung sa casa, sagot ng insurance, participation fee ko is P2K.
yung minor scratches, I tried 3M Super Duty Auto Scratch remover (ingat-ingat dito)

Sir yon scratch with dent sa right rear door ng unit ko ay hindi kaya ng scratch remover. Tinamaan ito sa parking ng katabing sasakyan doon mismo yon tama sa pinaka line curve parallel sa door handles. So for casa repair na ito.
Paano sir ang procedure sa insurance claim mo? Thanks sa reply and suggestions.

1. I went to the casa, pina-check ang sira, prepared an affidavit
2. Casa sent the report to the insurance company.
3. After 1 week, I got an approval (told me participation fee is P2K),
4. Sent the car at the casa the following weekend
5. After 1 week, repaired na, paid the participation fee at the casa.
