Naisip ko lang na pag ang problema e nahihirapang mag pump malamang magastos sa gas. may nag post kase sa ertiga club na a/t sa kanya kayang kaya ang 16km/l

mine's GA-MT btw.
based on your posts, mukhang OK na pala fc ko.
kaya lang nakakulambo lang sya ngayon (no plate yet)

April 2nd, 2015 12:42 PM #3825Question sa mga naka-AT. Pag nagdadrive ako, naka off ung "OD off" light. Napupuna ko mas kontrolado ung rpm ko, normally 2k pero nag-iincrease sa 3k pag aarangkada na. Nung naka-on ung "OD off", ang bilis pumalo sa 3k pag arangkada. Binasa ko ung manual pero d ko magets masyado. Para saan ba ung feature na un at may risk ba kung ma-overuse/misuse? Thanks.

Overdrive is normally the top gear, for a 4 speed AT that would be 4th gear. If you turn off overdrive, it will just shift up to 3rd gear. This is usually used for when you want to overtake, going uphill or for engine braking when going downhill.

How did they get that high FC for an AT? Baka bagong reset yung sa dash thrn run a short distance. Usually ganun nangyayari.
Anyway, car is back to normal now. So far, wala ako na encounter after the service. I brought up my concerns to Suzuki PH everything reklamo ko sa kanila including my recent paint job and delayed plate number, only then the casa made action. E cover nila sa warranty ang cost so they'll refund me then back job yung pag ayos ng dent.
Everyone from the Casa's been calling me after I emailed SPH and sent FB msg. From the Customer Service to a Supervisor, to a Service Advisor, and their manager.
Everyone's explaining all the delays and why the inconvenience. Kaya naman pala nilang e address ang mga concerns ko, hinintay pa talaga na mag reklamo ako.
I'm very keen to customer service as I am in the same industry. I hate when a service company is not proactive to address issues. And i don't hesitate to report to higher ups and stand on my ground.
Am giving them another chance and one false move, I'll transfer my PMS to nonSuzuki shop (since sole distributor sila dito sa CDO) and if they won't accept any future warranty claim bcoz I get out of the casa, I have a valid ground. These dealers should not make car owner's look dumb and ignorant specially sa mga walang alam, they should educate every car owner and help get through things. And car owner's should also know how to invoke their rights para naman wala silang ma uto,

I think yung Ertiga a/t owner e long distance driver din kagaya ko. Possible naman yung 16km/l basta iwas sa ma-trapik na daan at more on highway.
