As far as I know, if the Head Unit has built-in Navi, the special format Micro SD card is needed.

It's Navi ready but I'm not sure where to get the navigation itself. Can't seem to find answers online

You can ask from your Suzuki dealer the special format Micro SD card designed for the Navi.

Any reason? Why not use it if it's there in the first place? Though Waze will have its advantages if you have signal for it.
