dito sa area namin with today's price increase 58.06 ang xcs and 56.80 ang protec.
yup the vitara has a ladder type frame kaya medyo matagtag but pansin ko pag 4 adults sakay nababawasan tagtag compared to 2 lang kayo naka sakay.
maintenance is just like any car, price of engine parts is about the same but suspension part are little more expensive but if you get originals well sulit naman.

Pano if replaced mo nang gas shocks? Matagtag padin ba? Or mas ok pag old man emu?

hi guys,

ask ko lang po. kasi recently, my fuel gauge has been acting weird. when I gas up... aakyat naman siya...pero after some time..parang merong significant (ridiculous actually) drop dun sa guage na tipong drive from makati to las pinas, one way, pwedeng mag go from full to half talk yung nasa gauge. Tapos mag park ako sa gabi...when I drive again in the morning...umaakyat ulit yung guage to the level which I suppose is more realistic.

im not sure really what is the cause but I noticed na it started happening when I parked for quite a long time in a steep road. hope you guys can give me some ideas on how to fix it.

i have gas shocks installed. fronts were refilled by zee 3 years ago. rears bnew KYB gas shocks. matagtag but bearable naman.

as for OME shocks i have no idea kung mas malambot ride.

ganyan din sa akin kenn, minsan ang tagal bumaba tapos biglang pagtingin mo ulit nahulog na lang bigla karayom, then you park pag andar ulit, tataas nanaman. kakaloko hehehe

kaya tantya ko na lagi. i make my calculations based on 6kms/L, so if the odo reads 200kms more or less i have used up 30 liters. so time to gas up na ulit.

changed the panel bulbs to LED
sa gauges 2 peanuts(short) and 2 rice bulbs
shifter and a/c control - peanut bulbs
clock - twist type led

* sir Impulz good day po suggestion naman po since galing kayo sa 235 before and now on 215, i need to replace tires na din kasi (currently on 195) i am thinking of getting 215 din kaso parang hindi kasing tikas ng 235.. malaki po ba talaga ang difference sa hatak? parang pagong na po ba ang 235? ayaw ko lang din kce mag sisi maya kuha ako ng 235 pero ayawan ko.. for city use lang din at kunting out of town sana pero napopormahan ako sa 235 talaga....

kung easy driving ka lang, di gano ramdam yung bawas sa hatak ng 235. di naman pagong hehehehe

maganda talga tayo ng vitara pag naka AT tires. nung nakuha ko vitara ko na mickey thompson. but sad to say had to change tires kasi nag uumpisa na mag crack side walls at na bubungi na thread wall.

so nag dunlop na lang ako na 215, anyway puro city drving lang naman ako, farthest i went was tanay and ok naman ride sa dunlop.
