I must have seen 3 or 4 of these where they just cover then paint. Dito ba sa atin pag nagpapaint ka ganon din? Or babaklasin naman?

They just cover and paint. Minsan pati yung mga hindi na dapat pinturahan like the rubber boots, hoses and bolts nakukulayan tuloy.

October 31st, 2003 08:38 PM #4oic, same goes with what's on the website. pati mga rubber boots nga meron. I've read one pa na dont worry about paint daw sa discs. Mabuburn off naman daw pag brake mo.
hehe.

Yup, don't worry about the rotors. Pero It just doesn't look right kung may paint yung mga boots at hoses. Siguro obsessive compulsive lang ako. Hehehehe. Yung caliper lang mismo ang gusto kong may kulay. Yung iba pati pads napipinturahan, eh.

Gumamit ka ng Brush-on apllication at maiiwasan mo pa ang paint smears.
eto yung old integra ko, brush-on application using FoliaTec.

i agree with otep...parang riceboy kasi yung dating nung puro overspray. it's like you can't be bothered to do things the right way.
but maybe that's just my background as a painter (long time ago)...i remember when leaving even a little bit of overspray on another panel was a mortal sin

in my humble opinion, unless u dont have big rotors and brembo calipers, stock brakes look better than painted ones, painted looks ricey to me ;)
