    Hi All!

While we're at it, saan ba ok magpa align/balance? Oks lang ba kung ung mano -mano type, i.e. no computer-controlled equipment, ung tali lang ang gamit?

Wheel alignment would greatly depend on the whole underchassis parts that will holds your wheels and tires. While balancing is dependent only for each tire balanced.

Mas malamang magkamali ang sukat pag tali lang, di tulad ng computerized alignment precised upto the last millimeter.

Yung purpose ng wheel balancing is to make sure that the wheel and tire package is. .... "balanced" :-) Hindi kasi perfectly round ang wheels and tires so yung balancing is done to make sure na at high rotational speeds, yung tires and wheels do not veer left or right. Bale yung angular momentum nung wheel must be at 90 degrees sa direction of motion. Yung balancing is done by adding lead weights sa wheel. Madaming service centers that can do wheel balancing, for starters, try your nearest servitek outlet.

    in short:

balancing : limited to the wheels only
alignment: for the front steering system

Due to some vehicle's traits, even sedans can be aligned with 4 wheels.

always go for computerized wheel alignment...kapag Php 500 reasonable na yung price...

Kung brakes ang di pantay di mo na kailangan ng 4 wheel alignment, just minor brake adjustments if you have rear drum brakes.
