make/model/year/mileage/last thing done with the brakesand mileage??? the noise demonstrates either warped rotors from overtightening the wheels or from being too thin below the minimum thickness. or, the car had been sitting in an area that gets the rotor wet and some spot got rusted thinner than the rest of the rotor braking surface

if the rotor had been replaced with a new part, there is still a chance that rotor is defective or the mating surface on the hub has foreign material preventing the rotor to sit true and perpendicular to the shaft axis causing a wobble. improper torquing sequence and torque amount causes warped rotors too. specially if the wheel was installed with an impact wrench without the "torq stik" torque limiter.
