Another reason for this is cornering too fast on double-A arms suspension with a weak anti-roll bar. (For some reason, McPherson struts aren't as much susceptible to this as are double-A arms suspensions.)

Why the uneven wear pattern occurs on ALL 4 tires is because you "rotated" the tires front-to-back on the same side. What's likely happening is your front suspension has too much positive camber thus causing the uneven wear pattern, and switching tires on the same side merely exposed the previously unworn tires to the same stress, thus affecting all 4 tires.

But if your car has 4-wheel independent suspension, it's also possible that all 4 corners have been wrongly cambered.

Independent suspensions normally have a little bit of NEGATIVE camber dialed in to counter the tendency of the tires to lean together with the car during turns.

To ease some of the confusion:
Positive Camber = tires of the same axle are closer at the bottom (parang toe-in pababa)

Negative Camber = tires of the same axle lean inwards at the top.

    Hope that helps.
thanks! this did help a lot. will the right offset in wheels be able to compensate for the positive camber since the tbars are cranked and will give that positive camber?

Suspension lifts done on an independent suspension system can be very tricky, unless you buy a kit that's been designed specifically for your vehicle. (I'm assuming we're talking about an independent suspension, because live axles don't have any camber). Nevertheless, if the lift kit is designed properly, and the camber is correct, there shouldn't be any problems with alignment regardless of what tire size you use.

Wheel offset will not DIRECTLY affect camber, and may not even affect it noticeably, given normal amounts of offset. In theory, however, the more farther out the wheels are centered, the more loading you put on the suspension, hence promoting more negative camber.

If the t-bar springs were repositioned to add more ride height, then yes, that would affect the amount of flex on the control arms, indirectly adding more positive camber. That is definitely the WRONG way to do a lift on an independent suspension system.
