November 9th, 2004 12:51 PM #1hello pajero experts,
i'm hoping to replace the front shocks of Pajero. the car is already 7 years old and i can feel the stiffness of the shocks.
i'd like to know if there's a KYB Fluid shocks for Pajero Intercooler? or Gas is the only available?
thanks.

i don't think they have fluid shocks but only hydraulic components used in heavy equipments.

the possesed,
'stiffness' per se is not a symptom of shock absorber failure.
To test if you really have bad dampers, simply do a bounce test. Alternatively, look for signs of failure, such as gas/fluid leaks.
Oh, and Gas Shocks are way better that fluids IMO. ;)

KYB Nitrogen gas shocks come in a variety of stiffness. The one I use is the 'super' (I think) and its the softest one. The top of the line model is the 'gas-a-just' series.
