Do you know any particular shop that could do power steering conversion for a 1996 EL?

Around how much?

AFAIK these are the parts you need:

Hydraulic Rack & Pinion
Power Steering Pump
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir
Hydraulic hoses and pipes
Crankshaft pulley

dont forget the automatic transmission fluid / power steering fluid and the power steering belt

tip: adding power steering to ur car will zap a few horses from the engine so you might wanna "boost" ur engine by adding some power adders such as aftermarket air filters, headers, pipings, etc etc

Called up carclone yesterday, P12t for the whole conversion. Parts & labor included.
