June 18th, 2008 10:35 PM #21update po:
I asked my cousin to bring it to the mechanic bec meron akong pasok.
they did a test drive, talagang apat na gulong ang naninikit at pigil ang takbo.
the mechanic's recommendation is to replace the hydrovac.
so my cousin bought a surplus hydrovac at pati na din ang brake master. so whole assembly na ang ipinalit(hydrovac and brake master)
question no. 1. faulty hydrovac ba talaga ang dahilan kaya pigil ang takbo at parang laging naka-preno?
questin no. 2. since na-install na ang new hydrovac and brake master. iba ang pikiramdam ko sa brakes. konting apak lang ay preno agad. parang sumubsob ako sa konting apak. is this normal? sa tingin ko parang hindi but I want your expert opinion. Thanks again.

June 18th, 2008 11:23 PM #22for number 1: yes a FAULTY Hydraulic vacuum booster will usually have that symptoms... i have experienced that with our assembled AUV where the brakes seems to be engaged all the time making the brakes get hot... replacing the booster have solved the problem
for number 2:thats a good sign your brakes are working properly especially your brake booster...

Gawin mong reserba o di kaya ibinta mo.
