March 2nd, 2011 11:48 AM #17It's too risky to drive a car with tires in that condition. Better safe than sorry. Try Minerva Tire Gallery in Westgate, Alabang...tel# 8073673. I think they're close on Sundays. I just got it from one of the threads here. Yes, you can stick with the Dunlop brand. Besides the looks, they're reliable too. I also had Dunlop tires on our first car. Bridgestone, Yokohama and Michellin are better brands too. Just avoid goodyear tires, especially their Assurance brand. It has design issues. I bought a set of four in January this year. But, after a month use, I went back to the distributor in alabang and had them replaced due to some defect. One more thing, it was not that easy to have your defective tires replaced. I almost got into fight with Goodyear representative.
Happy driving!
