Check the bolts of the rotor, baka hindi na mahigpit.

Baka out of round yung tire, yung wheel, or both. Try a tire rotation?

check the wear of tire and expiration. when the tire is already expired it will cause uneven tire wear, as a result it wiggle. i change my safari two front tire, alas ala na wiggle.
