got the same problem....what's your ride? mine's an isuzu LS pickup...the casa doesn't sell just that cross joint but rather the whole assembly and it costs around P19k. I'm shopping for surplus part right now...;)

mga sirs...yung tipong pag ginalaw mo yung manibela mo (left-right-left) on a full stop...may maririnig kang parang kumakatok sa loob (well..that's how i would describe it ) really don't have any problem when turning, pag rough road lang talaga, ang lakas ng tunog (actually...when you open the hood...umuuga ng konti yung buong steering shaft, which should not be)

got the same problem though di naman umuuga steering shaft. if it's the whole steering assembly then i'll be *#!%$!

beetols, pa check mo cv boots mo. pag punit na yan baka nadale na cv joints mo.

    *ram,

i have already asked for several opinions...from servitek down to my neighborhood mekanik and it all boils down to the "crossjoint"...the one connecting the shaft & the steering/gear box...when i can afford a downtime for my ride, ill see if pwede ipa machine shop!:freak:

nga pla, just had my cv boots changed 6 mos ago when i replaced suspension parts...so i don't think that's the cause...thanks for the input!
