So all in all halos 3k plus ang possibleng magastos(hindi pa kasama yung OEM repair kit which would cost around 1.5k sa nisway, tapos 2.9k sa zee(wow!)).

Nakup!

Since off ko kahapon sinubukan kong inspeksyunin yung oto.

A pair of front shock would cost 1.5-2.5k each plus labor which is 150bucks ea. Plus shock mount w/c is more or less 600-1k each.

Tnx and more power tsikot and tsikoters!

It is nice to you for trying to look all the possible problem. Let me give some input that maybe it could help.

    your qoute:

    "Umaandar"- meaning idling or tumatakbo?

One of the notorious sounds front wheel drive axle and bearing assemblies do is making certain noises when they wear out, so check those area including ball joint strut mounts, rubbers, all steering joints and gear, tie rod ends, steering column, mounts and strut's.

    "Or"
You have water in the power steering system and it has emulsified the oil (as you mention above) that there is a leak in the Rack and Pinion and is possible creating a moisture buildup. All in all, an older car needs a good MAINTENANCE check. Try flushed the fluid/replaced at neccessary intervals.

Too many mention but hey!, its a good thing having to know how to trouble shoot. Hope this help...godd luck!

Thanks mate. I really do appreciate your advice. What I will do is to bring this car to a reputable shop where I can have it checked.

I'll start replacing the front shock absorbers and, if the sound persists then that would be the time that my steering system is causing the strange noise.

Earlier I've noticed that the sound disappeared but after driving for a while, the sound starts to come out, especially when the engine is already at normal operating temp. What could be the possible reason for this?
I've also noticed that when the ATF is hot it's consistency is almost like water but when it's cold its thicker. Why is this?

    Thanks!

    Oh boy!
Your tranny is contaminated with water.
There is only 2 ways transmission fluid can get in with coolant. You have mistakenly put in the coolant on the transmission or the transmission coolant tube in the radiator is leaking which can be fixed at most radiator repair shops. Drain tranny fluid, remove the pan clean and change the filter. You must do this before it cost you a big bucks.

    Tranny color is reddish.
