    depende pa rin sa condition ng tire. kung brand new yan, why immediately make it as a reserve tire? eh pano kung madalas kang mapako? di ang dami mo ng spare tire?

    kesa gumawa ako ng bagong thread, buhayin ko na lang to =)

    nabasa ko kasi sa isang post d2 sa thread na 'to: "wag lang bubukol sa sidewall"

    so ibig sabihin ba nun e hindi na safe gamitin ang tire pag may bukol na sidewall?
    yung iba kasi sabi ok lang daw yung bukol sa sidewall wag lang sa mismong tread surface, nalito tuloy ako

    pansin ko kasi common ang sidewall bukol sa mga low profile tires, nalulubak daw yun kaya nagkakabukol sa sidewall.
    nakakakita rin ako ng kahit may bukol na sa sides e ginagamit pa rin

    paki-enlighten naman ako, tnx

    Question po, pano mo ba malalaman pag oblong na yung gulong? parang malubak ba yung feelng pag tumatakbo yung sasakyan? thanks

    kung sa harap na gulong ang may bukol..madali mo mapapansin kasi mararamdaman mo ito sa steering wheel mo..magkakaron ng "nginig"
    kasi dati na experience ko lahat napalitan ko na like tire rod, rack end, at kung ano ano pang mga bushing nandon pa din yung "nginig" sa
    steering wheel...then i found out na oblong pala yung gulong ko.

    basta may bukol delikado na yan ...naalala ko pa nga yung kapitbahay namin tinuro ko na may bukol yung gulong nya sa side..then nung time na pag turo ko biglang sumabog..

    delikado pareho..mahirap masabugan while running on high speed...dont risk it..

    Hindi usually "lubak" ang feeling... sometimes, mararamdaman mo lang at high speed kung konti lang ang damage. And that "nginig" that ozcity talks about can sometimes be cured by wheel balancing.

    Easiest way to find out? Magpa-underbody washing ka sa gas station... they'll put your car up on a lift to spray the underside (mura lang ito, mga 150 or so...), and while they do that, rotate each wheel and eyeball it to see how it turns.

    Kung konti lang yung deflection (just a few millimeters), you can have the wheels rebalanced (do this at a tire shop, NOT a wheel shop... because a wheel shop might try to sell you repair services)... if the wheel is visibly oblong on the balancing machine, that's when you bring it to a wheel shop for repairs.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    IC. kase madalas na nasa garahe lang yung sasakya, usually sat and sun ko na lang nagagamit. Kaya naisip ko bak na-oblong na yung gulong kase lagi lang nasa garahe.
