    I did it with a Venture. Downhill a little over 4500 rpm at top gear. Car still had some give. My nerves did not. Even after slowing down and drivng normally, my heart and adrenaline was pumping all the way to SLEX. This is the fastest I have ever driven.

    wow! that was one hell of a powershift there sir!

    anyway, what tire brands are good for high speed? I've got a feedback before that nankangs explode at high speeds? true?

    Never used Nangkangs so cant say if its true or not. That said we had Cheng Shing and Dunlop tires blow on us. Seen a blown up Michelin way back early1990s. Heard that Bridgestone had a habit of blowing up back in the 90s. What I'm trying to say that any tire regardless of brand can blow. Best is to check your tire speed rating.

    taken from http://www.1010tires.com/tech.asp?type=tires
    Below is a listing of common speed ratings:

    Q = 99 MPH, 160km/h
    S = 112 MPH, 180km/h
    T = 118 MPH, 190km/h
    U = 124 MPH, 200km/h
    H = 130 MPH, 210km/h
    V = 149 MPH, 240km/h
    Z = 149 MPH, 240km/h and over
    W = 168 MPH, 270km/h
    Y = 186 MPH, 300km/h

    Niky, naalala ko, yung crosswind mo naka 18's di ba? O balik stock na ulit? O yun yung stock ng crosswind XUVi? gulo ko ah

    Tanong ko lang kasi I'm planning on changing my tires and since ginagamit mo na and recommended mo, its going to be my first choice. I would love more info as well, lalo na yung price and recommended shops at any additional info.

    TIA!

    * aDD_L, heto and stock tires ng ilang Range Rover Models. Nuff said.

    teka, dagdag pa, it is considered as a 4x4 tire with majority of travel on roads. It is built to last, for comfort and road noise almost muted as well.

    no offense pero hindi nya mapapatahimik yung noise na galing sa 4JA1 ng crosswind mo
