Mga sir, update lang. called jay-m tires na pero wala sila available na achilles tires na pang 14. Puro 16 pataas na daw. Nakapagtanong na din ako sa mga store sa evangelista, wala na din silang achilles na brand naman. Yung freddies ata yung may branch sa tomas mapua,manila ata. Pinatawagan nila sa akin wala na daw available na achilles,hindi pa daw sure kung kulan magkakaroon. Kumuha nalang ako ng goodyear assurance duraplus sa servitek. Need na kasi talaga palitan. Thanks mga sir sa help.

Good pm po mga ka-tsikot. Any thoughts po about Deestone NAKARA tires from Thailand? Planning to replace my two worn out Goodyear Assurance tires at the back of my vios soon. Naghanap po ako ng swak sa budget ko and na curious ako sa brand na ito. Is it any good? Salamat po sa tulong.

I've seen some reviews on uk tyres. Theyre average to below average. Save up some more to get the same Bridgestones. Everyday drop 10 peso in a piggy bank. By 4years you will get enough cash to buy 4-5tires. Or just use your cc in some stores meron pa points hehehe.

I wonder if these secondary brands, like Deestone, Austone, (names obviously knocked off from Bridgestone) have passed standards like US DOT. Does the DTI have any standards when it comes to tires? A lot of people seem to think just because a tire has a nice western sounding name the quality is ok. A friend didn't even know Westlake was a Chinese brand.

Before I had some reservations dyan sa Westlake. But when I frequented the American forums for my Explorer, i found out that the red necks use Westlake in their chevy, ford, gm trucks and suvs in the colorado and other montainous regions in the USA.

They use it in extreme weather, snow, heat, cold etc. so dun ako nag-venture sa Westalke. i bought exactly the same model number that they were using in their trucks.

So hayun my ford explorer has westalke 3 years na. My SF has westlake 2 years na! Sobrang tipid, to the tune less than P15k per car, bago apat na gulong ko.

Westlake even if it's a chinese company is a global brand. So pede na yun in my standards, why because it passed American quality strict standards.

Good pm, naghahanap po ako ng tires for crosswind 235/70/15. good year wrangler yung gamit ko kaso ayon sa 2 servitek (kapitolyo and marikina) na natanungan ko eh wala silang stock and i-phase out na daw yun. so inoffer nila yung Efficient Grip * 7k++/tire. nag inquire ako sa bridgestone fairview, Ecopia 850 * 5k++/tire. ask lang mga sir kung okay na ba yung bridgestone? or may marecommend ba kayong ibang brand? yung okay ang performance at presyo. salamat!

Yung Ecopia, masyado mataas road noise. Gusto mong palitan nalang kahit sobrang bago pa lalo kapag palagi ka nag-highway.
