Feedback lang sana guys. Has anybody tried Toyo Proxes ST II? Our car (Isuzu Trooper) needs tire replacement and planning to purchase a Proxes ST II na size 265/70 r16. Here's a link ( PROXES ST II | Toyo Tires ) I know that Toyo Tire's is also a reliable brand. Im just having second thoughts of purchasing one because wala pa ako nakitang Proxes na tire na nakakabit sa mga suv with those tire specs. Ang kalimitan na nakikita ko yung mga pang low profile lang yung mga nakikita ko na naka combo sa mga 18's - 22's na mags but I never saw one with the 265/70 r16 na specs. Is it worth it versus common brands like Bridgestone, Dunlop, Yokohama etc. with regards to its handling, thread life and ride comfort? May naka try na ba sa inyo?

Also ok din ba sa Gladdie's Tire Supply sa Sta. Cruz Manila? Dun kasi ako nakakita.

    Thanks in advance guys

You'll be better off with Continental 4x4 Sport contacts. These are available in Low-Profile and High-Profile trims. Really good grip especially in wet driving conditions.

Hi Guys, noob to the forum here, I would really appreciate your help in my query. I have a 2007 Innova G 2L with stock tires - Yokohama sha, although I dont know specifically which kind. a guy from a vulcanizing shop na nagbebenta din ng tires says that I need to change tires na daw dahil daw baka pumutok na yung tires ko, and because may leak na daw yung pin ng gulong ko. At that time, yung tinitingnan nilang gulong eh yung spare tire ko na wala pang 1 year ginagamit.

I asked na kung pwede palitan na lang yung pin and sabi nila mga 3500 din daw yun bili na lang daw ako ng bagong gulong. Feeling ko nakakagago yung style nila if ever they were trying to pull a fast one. I called our agent at toyota and sabi nya ang pagbasehan ko daw kung need na ng tire change ay yung tread ng gulong. I seldom take the car for long drives and use the car for city driving at about 2x a week lang. What do you guys think? Thank you

Get a second opinion from an established tire shop. Did i get this right? Pin??? The valve where you inflate the tires from? Chacnes are the vulcanizing shop is pulling your leg. I stopped going to those kanto vulcanizing shops and always have the store where i bought the tire from do the repair if possible.

^yokohama aspec stock tires ng innova

the thing is, almost 5 years na din namin running ang gulong mo, check the date when was it manufactured. Like a life span but not exactly a life span, tire failures happen often after its 5th year (blow out, bukol, cuts), it happens also sa early life ng mga chipipay na tires.

have it check sa mga tire dealerships like minerva, tyre rack and other reputable shops.

Bossing, how about continental tires? Have bad experience kasi with my fiesta. Twice na ko na flat. Parang mahina side wall ng continental
