Kools, I bought surplus tires but very slightly used. My tires are Yokohama A300 205/65R15, which is also stock ng Innova. I agree that safety first pag dating sa engine, tires and brakes. That's why really took my time, waited for a good slightly used set of 4 tires. The ones I got where used less than a month (1 week pa nga daw but who knows?) and may whiskers pa on the thread when I got it. I asked my brother to inspect each tire for any patches and there were none. Brand new Yokohama for that was P2,600 but I only got it for P1,600 (kasama trade-in).

I know your budget conscious for now, so this is the next best thing to a brand new tire. Slightly used and well inspected, so you don't sacrifice safety and yet feel confident if you need to drive at 160kph.

I bought mine along Evangelista St. in Makati. Marami dun, you just have to keep looking til you find the right one.

    Hope this helps.
