Ask ko lang po ano ang ginagamit nyo na gas sa forester nyo. From what I've heard. XT models should use premium gas that has 95 RON - 100 RON.
Well yung nabili po namen is just the base model. Need din ba namen ng premium gas for our engines kahit hindi sya turbocharged or mas maganda talaga gamitin ang premium gas?

In my experience, the Forester engine works best with 95 RON.

Even the FB20 NA engine? What does your manual say?

I use a minumum of 95RON for my FXT but Motor Image suggested not to use 100RON fuel as the fuel-air mixture may get too rich.

95 is the recommended.

V power nitro plus, platinum and xcs are more than enough.

True, fuel might not burn properly when using 100 RON.

The engine is designed to operate using unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 AKI (90 RON) or higher. Sabi lang po kasi ng ahente ko 95 RON or higher daw. Kaya confused ako.
Another question po pala, Ok lang po ba na mixed yung normal gasoline sa premium gasoline? Thanks po sa mga reply guys!

Yes even the FB20. It feels “sakal” when I use fuel lower than 95 RON.
