average per year is 10-12k kms. taxis naman kasi maghapon ang biyahe compared to private na pasok sa umaga, uwi sa hapon, some in betweens and occasional night outs, long drives, etc.

i have a friend who goes to work in makatiand goes home to bulacan 5 days a week but he doesn't reach more than 16k km. a year

I think of greater concern would be what is covered and how likely they are to cover it. I am not sure about new models, but in the past, the 3 year warrenty was quite limited. The first year covered most things, the second year covered even less, and the third year basically only covered the powertrain. And you have to read carefully what is required to obtain coverage. I found out the hard way that unless you performed a maintenance schedule that was contradictary to the owners manual, you were out of luck.
