2018 Subaru XV

Motor Image is using Solargard now.I had my 2018 XV tinted with Sunbloc Ceramic tint. My WS is tinted with a tint that has VLT 20 (Medium), the rest of the windows at VLT 5 (Super Dark), and the moonroof at VLT 70 (Light).

Sa RoadFit QC ako nagpatint and it was around 13K+ for the Ultimate Ceramic variant bro. I forgot the exact amount.

I'll take some pics tomorrow (if maalala ko, hehe) when there is sun and I'll post back.

I got mine from the dealership. Solargard light sa windshield then the rest is medium. Mali nga yata ako kasi kahit medium na yung sa side windows medyo tagos pa din yung init. Mas ok siguro if medium sa windshield tapos dark na yung iba.

Medium windshield ko then dark yung sides and back. Super dilim even the side mirrors mahirap makita.


I dont know how it will look like but based on my experience sa dark solargard. I would have chosen medium sa lahat ng windows except for the back passengers na pwede siguro idark.

I had the same initial observation for the sides but I got used to it after a few weeks. But yes, a medium tint on the sides is hands down more safe than a super black one.

For the front visibility, I totally have no problems. As for sides, see my reply above

ah sorry sir dko napansin yun..hehe baka pala mag medium na lang ako if ganun.

sa mga nakaka alam, yun po bang stock solargard na kasama sa xv magandang quality na rin po ba un? wala po akong makitang review ng solargard kaya tanong ko na lang din yung experience niyo dito.
