    Mga Sir, paano mo malalaman ang tamang timbang mo ayon sa tangkad mo? diba may tamang bigat/ timbang ang isang tao ayon sa kanyang height?

    Eto ata pwede. Try this. I-calculate mo yung BMI (Body Mass Index) mo. Makukuha mo yung right wt. ,against sa height mo. Malalaman mo kung underwt or overwt ka aginst your height.

    After losing around 15 lbs last year...I thought payat na ako..di pa pala. I am still on the upper limit of my normal weight. Need to lose another 15 to 20lbs..para nasa median. Bawal magkasakit sa panahon na ito.

    Hindi ako masyadong nagdedepende sa BMI kasi hindi nai-consider yung bone mass at muscle mass. Yung 6'0" na maskulado/mabuto (Mike Tyson, Roy Jones) hindi puwedeng i-compare sa 6'0" na patpatin (Thomas Hearns, Kelly Pavlik).

    5'8" 179lbs ako, BMI: 27.2. Kung susundin ko yung BMI categories, overweight na ako. Hindi ko na kayang magbawas ng timbang kasi single-digit body fat na ako. Ayaw ko rin namang gutumin yung sarili ko kasi para lang magbawas ng muscle mass kasi manghihina ako.

    Ipatingin na lang yung body fat percentage & cholesterol count tapos i-monitor yung heart rate under intense athletic activities (swimming, jogging w/ sprinting, basketball, etc). Kung hindi naman flabby tapos maganda yung performance sa sports, huwag nang pansinin kahit pa "overweight" sa BMI category.

    Yup. It's just a general guide. For example, while I'm overweight now, when I was 145 lbs, I was underweight (very low fat percentage... kita na yung ribs ko) but according to the BMI, my ideal weight is 130.

    You must always consider the size of your frame when calculating for your ideal weight.

    Simply, kung wala kang bilbil and your blood pressure and cardiac activity are good, don't fret over that last 5-10 pounds. You might already be at your ideal weight.

    sa table nga provided ng xenical dito, yung height ko na 5'10" at 163 lbs eh going to obesity na daw eh samantalang bagay na bagay na pang super middleweight ang porma :shocked2::twak:
