Reading back some posts of theirs, parang iisa nga, hehehe. Sabagay, it figures.
BTT: I can't remember the time when I last had a nightmare. I never sleep when I'm full (I need to either watch TV muna or read a book), and I'm not too fond of noodles.

Oo nga eh, medyo nawili din kasi ako sa media players kaya dun ako natambay sa Pinoydvd forum.
Hehehe, I remember her na nagsabi pa sa akin before na i-check daw yung IP address niya kasi wala daw siyang alternick, tapos lumalabas pala meron din. Di ko lang maalala kung anong thread yun. "Ooooh, my friend told me this, my friend told me that..."
Anyway, para on-topic: Will try drinking nga at least a glass of water before sleeping.

mga past 12 kagabi, sabay kaming nanood ni esmi ng blended. tapos sabi ko inaantok nako.
nung natulog ako, ayun binangungot ako.
nakabaluktot yung arm ko, tatanggalin ko sana sa ganung posisyon pero hindi ako maka-galaw.
conscious ako, naririnig ko yung pinapanood ni esmi.
gusto kong bumangon o igalaw buong katawan ko pero ayaw talaga.
cool lang ako, alam kong gising na diwa ko, pinilit ko talagang gumalaw.
nakita ako ni esmi parang hirap kaya tinatanong niya kung anong nangyari sakin.
nung unang kilos ko mga braso ko palang unang napagana ko. yung buong body ko nanigas, parang ang bagal ng response sa gusto kong gawin.
iniwasan ko na lang sabihin kay esmi baka mag panick.
uminom ako ng isang basong tubig.
syet! di bale ng magising ako para ma-ihi. at least alam kong buhay pako.
ingat mga chong! inom ng tubig bago matulog.

^This is what I do too. It ALWAYS works. Once you get to wiggle one of your toes, you will wake up from your nightmare. Another method would be to squint your face (same expression you make when you taste something really sour)
I researched on this because there was a time when I was having it almost daily. I thought it had to do with something supernatural.
I TRY not to drink anything 2 hours before sleeping because I don't want my sleep disrupted by having to go to the bathroom. I drink enough water during the day (minimum 2 litres)Last edited by _Cathy_; August 3rd, 2014 at 07:27 PM.

sleep paralysis. gising ang diwa pero tulog pa parte ng utak para sa muscle control.
