what are your post Covid vits/supplements? any additional vits/supps you find beneficial?

i keep taking multivits, joint support at mct oil sa coffee. added digestive enzyme as supplement at madalang ako magpoop if nasa low carb eating ako.

i keep taking multivits, joint support at mct oil sa coffee. added digestive enzyme as supplement at madalang ako magpoop if nasa low carb eating ako.

if one is reasonably healthy naman, one may not need supplements to remain in the peak of health.

i did try for a month or more. things turned out just normal, wala naman akong naramdaman na nabago o nanghina ako

i think i agree. placebo effect lang siguro vits yung nga lang, nakasanayan na may iniinom
