ssaloon: nope, ephedrine-free na yung binili ko eh. Nakasulat na sa label. Last yr around Oct ko ginamit. Sa Cash n Carry ko binili. Isip ko 2loy baka fake or expired na yun kaya ganun sya.

aann: if interested ka sa may ephedra i have dietfuel pero i dont advise you to use it... mahirap na... kasi kung walang ephedra hindi mo kaya eh, what if kung meron pa... coffee drinker ano? kasi green tea extract ang hydroxycut, malakas ang caffeine. itry mo yun caffeine-free version ng hydroxycut... meron ako kaso konti lang yun stock... dalawa na lang ata, kaya contact me agad kung gusto mo...
kasi usually na-overlook yun caffeine factor, akala nun marami ephedrine lang ang nakakapalpitate... kung masyado kasing maraming caffeine, same din yun effect...

Mostly cardiovascular: crosstrainer/elliptical, jog a couple of miles at the indoor track, and swimming laps at the indoor pool.
I don't do all at once. Swimming, I set aside for certain days.

its good that this was resurrected. nakalimutan ko lang na may thread palang ganito dito. gumawa kse si theveed ng separate web/forum dedicated to BB stuff at kaya naisip ko na sana nag request tayo sa admin ng separate forum dito.

im starting to take my regular workout na din, dati problema ko panu pumayat, ngayon napasonrahan ata, i need to buff up in time for summer beachin', nasobrahan ata ako ng badminton and little food
i cant lift the weight i used ti lift then... dati bench kaya na 180lbs (with spotter) nagyon 120 nalang
Kwento ng katrabaho ko, meron daw sya officemate dati na Italiano na tinanong daw bakit...
