    Can't wait to begin my long planned fitness journey. Literally as I'll be using my newly acquired bike for exercise and to go places at the same time. This pandemic had really exacerbated my couch potato lifestyle. Time for a change of pace.

    Kailangan kasi ma-pick up ko ulit yung habit.. baka 1 month na tuloy tuloy di ko na kailangan mag post nabalik ko na disiplina ko..

    i suggest doing the basic bike fitting... You'll enjoy cycling more!

    correct, it's more on discipline.

    At least 30 mins daily is a good start... slight adjustment lang on your daily schedule (it's just like giving up a single episode of a netflix series, hehe!).

    Or set an achievable goal like x number of steps per day. Or maybe join an online fitness community like strava, etc.
