    Not an expert here.

    I suggest you build muscle/bulk but you'll gain fat again in the process kasi you have to feed it to grow.

    ^^ hindi rin expert pero sa experience ko kailangan sabayan talaga ng cardio ang diet para mabawasan ng timbang. ginawa ko alternate days ang cardio at pag bubuhat. kahit pa paano nawala na beer belly ko pero nagbawas din ako sa pag-iinom. tapos nitong nakalipas na quarantine sinabayan ko ng fasting.

    pero yong fasting talaga ang nagpa-payat sa akin. as in pati iyong arms ko napansin ko naglabasan na mga ugat ko

    i think ma-achieve mo lang lean bulk kapag nag stabilize na timbang mo o kung anong ideal weight na gusto mo.

    nagumpisa din ako sa low carb diet then cardio. then after ma-achieved ko yung desired timbang ko, i started lifting weights na.

    eto mga natutunan ko,
    1. hindi mo ma-isolate mapapaliit lang yung belly fat. while nagweights ka at nag-muscle building at tamang diet, ma-tone at mag grow muscles mo sa arm at sabay matutunaw ang belly fat. do compound exercises like squats and deaflifts, before you know it, lumiliit na ang tiyan.

    2. sa akin its not gaano kadaming pawis but yung intensity ng workout ang mahalaga. pwede naman isabay ang cardio like at the end ng workout or set aside a cardio day. kung okay intensity ng workout mo, i doubt kung may energy ka pa for cardio.

    3. i think mahihirapan ka magbuhat kung under IF ka. better have the right diet to support your workouts. probably on your rest/recovery day pwede ka mag IF

    Hassle stating gaining weight again during this lockdown. Been exercising naman everyday. Dami lang kain pag wfh e. Easiest way I saw to lose weight. Hehe.
