    Ah open na Gold’s? Got a 1 yr plan with free 4 extra months when I got it mga dec last year so till next year pa ako.

    not sure kung open na sa manila. my brother opted for the condo gym membership, sayang daw 1hr sa na travel time to&fro.

    I don't want to golds gym here, medyo time consuming din ang travel and I have equipment naman sa bahay.

    My BMI says I'm overweight - thanks to my beer belly. My only recourse with the quarantine is a HIIT app but it gets boring after a while when you are doing it alone. I noticed I went down couple of pounds. Im still overweight though. Well, dad bod. Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    Hello mga sirs, lalo sa mga gym gurus dito. May mga tanong ako on how to achieve lean bulk body.

    Bale nag start ako ng diet last April. From 168lbs, ngayon nasa 140lbs nalang timbang ko. Ginawa ko is puro cardio exercise lang + Intermittent Fasting (IF).

    Eto yung mga concerns ko:

    1. Nag start na ko magbuhat ng weights (since lumiit ng sobra yung braso ko). Problem is, may belly fat pa rin ako (around 20 - 25% of body fat). Dapat ba unahin ko paliitin yung belly fat muna? Ayoko kasi magmukang butete or bull dog (malaki braso, malaki tyan). Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    2. Upon researching, hindi advisable na mag cardio when bulking. Kaso nakukulangan ako sa pawis kapag puro buhat lang ginagawa hehe. Possible parin kaya mag cardio exercise kahit nag bu-bulk ako ngayon? If pwede, ilang minutes lang recommended?

    3. Should I continue IF diet kahit nagbubuhat/nagbu-bulk ako?

    CICO is the general rule. Calories in and calories out. Im no expert but this is what I follow and not follow lol
