    done 500jumping jacks.

    tried doing 3minutes ..jogging on the mat... wow... that feels amazing! i need a heart rate monitor hmmmm

    Interesting read bro. I avoided jogging coz of some knee pain before. Integrating doc's reco and lhrt should be ok i guess. Wo-am and wo-pm programming in progress...

    You seem to be taking full advantage of the standstill!Tsikot Fitness and Gym ThreadTrain hard, lose lots but stay away from injuries! Try lhrt spinning...should be good for knees.

    Missing running, Capitol Commons medyo dumadamj na runners sa umaga. UP and Camp Aguinaldo bawal pa din daw.

    Yung inaantay ko na Ultra oval na nirenovate mas malabo na mag open lalo, ginawa kase isolation center yung Philsports arena.

    Need to get a treadmill na talaga.
