    Considering getting a treadmill na, ano gamit niyo?

    Missing running outdoors pero kahit allowed na parang ayoko pa din.

    Life fitness ako bumili. Pero I would advise against it unless sobra ang discipline mo. For some reason, iba pa rin yung nage exercise sa gym

    Iba kasi yung motivation na gigising ka, magbibihis, pupunta sa gym and then you have your gym mates. Saka sa gym may machine and weights. Sa bahay you need incredible discipline to stick to a schedule, you tend to put it off because the machine will always be there. Experience ko lang and other people I know na may treadmill. It's also so much cheaper to pay for monthly than buy one. Yun nga lang, mukhang malabo na pala mag bukas mga gym ngayon

    Ahh yes discipline talaga.

    Years na din since I stopped my gym membership. Kabaligtaran saken, yung last 6 months ng membership ko never na ako nag show up sa gym kaya I decided wag na mag renew.

    Here comes nahilig ako sa running, weekends I wake up early then drive to UP (Dun ang fave place ko to run)

    Twice on weekdays naman after work, drive again to UP or Camp Aguinaldo.

    Since now I can no longer do it, kaya Iím considering to get a treadmill. Missing running badly.

    I got a commercial sized treadmill kasi I feel like those for home use are too flimsy.

    I've been selling my treadmill for years, gave up na. Hindi ko na rin napa oil (which is required every 6 mos ata)

    akala ko ba eyez on the prize? is he not enough ba to motivate to lube that treadmill and do 5km?

    He is, but losing weight is 80% diet ata? Also, I'm scared to work out now since my BP is not normal.

    Walking isnt too bad. 30minutes will burn 150 or so calories. A small deficit in total calories will accelerate weight loss.

    But isn't it useless if you don't reach minimum 50% of max heart rate? Anyway, I really want to be healthy kasi my girl friend told me crush is so good looking, I should make sure na hindi kami alangan hahaha.

    I don't miss cardio but I miss doing weights. Sana kung may incline (adjustable to flat) bench lang ako I could do a lot of free weights.
