    Juts..care to share the results? ..less than 20% is optimal..15% superb...13% and below is excellent...tip..always put diet 1st before exercise..we cannot out exercise a bad diet..

    I had nothing but praise for my old fitbit..app is 2nd to none..go chk the vivofit if the hr function runs 24hrs..if it does not the fitbit is a better choice...it monitors total caloric expenditure 24/7
