    1st bb.com is a supplement store, they will be biased and try to sell us stuff, 2nd food is always better, The only thing i see good in bcaas is the convenience and of course the leucine...pero if starting out, supplements are a big help..pero if youre lifting for a number of years...say 5...medyo the need diminishes..

    Another explanation ko suppliements is...when you reach a certain age and once youve reached your genetic potential..yung limit ng muscle building naturally...the less you need them...pero dapat may point of comparison..if 10 or 20 years ago when you are youre strongest..tapos until now you can still lift the same weight...you dont need them...pero if youre a newbie at you want to reach your potential faster...i will help...lalo na sa motivation
