    Yes..its bro split, with 2 days dedicated leg day and one day dedicated for deadlift, i deload, depends on how i feel, example, if chest day, no compounds, cable work, dumbell flyes only, i do light 20-30 rep ranges just for circulation and faster recovery..and i do cardio everyday..i seldom have rest days..i can still recover quickly, its the nervous system im always looking out for, if i notice that my grip strength is weak, i take it easy and just do a deload...you can chk it by doing rows and pulls..

    I stopped because I injured my collarbone and AC joint from the military press and bench press. It kind of protruded. Moving my left shoulder hurt like hell.     Right now coz of age i do mid to high rep ranges on compound movements light presses, on cables work, reps sometimes go as high as 20-30.. i know on certain body parts im slow twitch fiber dominant..like the chest, i used to lift in a low rep range, like 4-6, developement was slow, i did a little research, maybe i have more slow twitch fibers in that area, i was right coz pound for pound i was weaker than most of my friends, but they cant outrep me in the bench press...that when my chest grew to cup dds

    Reduce carbs and sugar

    Brown rice is still rice. If youíre eating more than half a cup per meal, itíll be difficult to reign in the belly fat. Itís the most difficult for guys to lose.
