    well...sad to say, the biggest problem is when eating out..food mostly at home are generally clean..btw i seldom cook anymore, i just buy chicken from andoks or i just txt this local bbq guy, that delivers 10pcs at a time...

    well, this coming sat, bday ni misis, going to tong yang, since sunday ive been eating on a deficit of 500 cal a day or around 1700 cal only...that means i have a budget of around 5-6k calorie allowance, after that, this sunday, we are going up treasure mountain/daranak falls, im sure ill burn all the excess around that time...easy lang kasi yan...on the weekdays, make sure nasa calorie deficit ka, then save everything sa sat or sun, if your friends ask, tease or pilitin kang kumain ng sobra...best line is may medical condition ka period...ako naman pag pinipilit ako uminom ng beer/alcohol or a new acquaintance ask me to drink, i tell them that im a recovering alcoholic, after that dina nila ako binibigyan...theyll respect you more coz of your self control, btw, just dont forget to use my fitness pal to count and manage your calories

    I am going back to low carb diet but this time not as strict - I eat (sometimes a lot of sweets on weekends).

    But what I do is fast on Mondays (20 hours) then hit the gym.

    Eating out is really a challenge. But if it part of your work, what you can do is avoid carb (rice, potatoes) and sweets (desserts). Eat the meat and drink sake instead of beer.

    I think only rule is huwag mong sulitin yun kain mo sa mga Buffet. Just Eat what you want. Hinde kailangan mabawi mo yun binayad mo, It's not a contest.
